This property features a large front lawn for outdoor games, a beautiful stone outdoor firepit area overlooking Miles Pond to enjoy in the peaceful evenings. With water access and your own canoe to use. While sitting on one of the three decks you will listen to the Loons, watch the Canadian Geese, cute little ducks and on occasion an Eagle will soar over the pond. You will be surrounded by wildlife and some of the most vibrant fall foliage in the northeast. Enjoy Hiking, Mountain Biking, Kayaking, Boating, Swimming, and Fishing, just steps from the front door. Or better yet just relax and enjoy a good book with the scenic views that surround you. This home is located in a four seasons paradise just miles from the beautiful White Mountains, Mount Washington, Kingdom Trails in Burke, Franconia Notch, Victory Bog Wildlife Management Trails, Burke Mountain and Cannon Mountain ski areas, Santa's Village, Wales Tale Waterpark, Loon Mountain zip line, Bretton Woods and horse-back riding. Many local breweries, distilleries, restaurants, and pubs are close by. Enjoy BBQing on the deck with a new, Webber grill. This location is perfectly situated on a one-acre lot only 3 hours from Boston, 20 minutes to the White Mountains, 30 minutes to some of the best Hiking Trails and Ski resorts the Northeast Kingdom and Northern New Hampshire has to offer. Only 30 minutes to the Kingdom Trails which has some of the best mountain biking in the country. You will be in the heart of some of the best motorcycle routes in the northeast; including the Kancamagus Highway. AND Located on the VAST and VASA trails to enjoy snowmobiling and four wheeling.

3 stories with kitchen, couch, and table on 2nd floor. Beautiful upstairs loft and master. The only other bedroom was a very tiny room on the 1st floor. Overall a good stay, but would have been nicer if second floor had a bedroom or at least a full size room for the bed on first floor. Also house has a wood burning stove but you aren’t allowed to use it. That was disappointing. But we did see a bear right in our yard eating apples from an apple tree! Also the kayaks were an unexpected perk!

A beautiful lakeside home with everything you need for a perfect, relaxing vacation. Kayaks and canoes, a swimming beach a few minutes walk down the road, and a comfortable, well-appointed and spacious home to relax in. 2 decks overhead the lake great for reading, eating and relaxing.

This is our second year staying in this home while we attend an annual event of friends and family directly across the pond. It’s the perfect sanctuary at the end of the day. I absolutely LOVE this home- everything from coffee on the porch to the fully equipped kitchen and the extra cozy beds is wonderful! I run a VRBO property in Rhode Island and I am extra critical of other properties- this one however gets an A! The owners are also incredibly nice and easy to communicate with!
