About this house rental
The property is within walking distance of the white sandy beach in a well-kept residential complex. The bungalow is in the lower part of the complex. The living room is approximately 50 square meters and has a music system, television, kitchen and a spacious dining area. The large private courtyard with private pool is not visible and is equipped with a parasol and garden furniture. Through the courtyard you can reach the sleeping area with two rooms (2 single beds and 1 double bed). The spacious daylight bathroom includes a shower and toilet. In the upper area there is a third bedroom and a spacious bathroom with separate shower and bath, toilet and bidet. The partially covered sun terrace with a fantastic sea view of the bay of the Costa Calma can also be reached via the courtyard. Here you can eat comfortably and start the day relaxed or let it end.
Ideal holiday resort: On the Costa Calma you will find extensive shopping opportunities. Good restaurants, several rental car stations for individual island tours can be reached in a few minutes. It is not without reason that the Costa Calma is also a very popular travel destination for long-term vacationers. Here you can relax and "hibernate" if you book in time.

Very comfortable accommodation. Hotel over the road was great for renting a tennis court. Lovely to have enough loo rolls and dishwasher liquid for 10 days! We missed uk tv except for sky but we rediscovered chess a result. We couldn’t find a plug for the bath but found the plug from the sink in the kitchen fitted, so if you can’t find a plug downstairs that is why. We enjoyed our stay.

House was just as the pictures showed. Bedding and lamps a little dated, but overall good, and we had a lovely stay.

Great location - a short drive to the Lagoon and Windsurfing area on Sotavento, but still walk-able to the restaurants.
Accommodation is spacious and clean with all high quality furnishings and equipment.
Bedrooms are separated from the living room/kitchen by a small courtyard with a private swimming pool; which means the bedrooms are quiet and away from the living area.
Balcony/Patio (above living/kitchen room) has partial views of the sea - more importantly you can see the north end of the Rene-Egli Windsurfing zone so you can see when to go to the beach for a sail or whether to relax and wait for the wind to pick up!!!
