About this house rental
Directly at the white white sandy Beach of the Costa Calma you find this attractive holiday apartment in a quiet well maintained complex. Starting from the entrance you go to the bedroom with double bed and winter garden with view on the bay of Costa Calma. The bathroom with day light contains a shower, toilet, washing machine and 2 washbasins. If you go up the stairs you reach the second floor with beautiful kitchen, kitchen bar, living- and dining area and balcony. The kitchen is equipped with dishwasher, ceran cooking plates and fridge. In the living room you find a sleeping couch, flat screen television-set, stereo-set an a glass table with 4 chairs as dining area. From the living room through a sliding door your get on the balcony with a sea view from the side and a nice view on the garden of the hotel along the side.
Ideal holiday location: In the Costa Calma you find a lot of shopping posebilities. Good resaurants, various car-rental companies and a lot of sporting and freetime options.

Großzügige, nett eingerichtete und sehr saubere Villa mit eigenem Pool. Wir wurden an der Rezeption sehr freundlich empfangen und haben unseren Aufenthalt genossen. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Overall, we were very glad we chose this area of the island. It's a calmer area (Costa Calma) but enough around to make our stay very nice. We visited the other areas around the island and found them to either by very touristy. We stayed for 2 weeks and enjoyed a very nice relaxing stay at this home.
We were very glad to have rented a car to get to the areas and beaches however, there is a public bus system that seemed to be very popular as well.
The house is centrally located and the check in process and communication was great. There are 3 bedrooms which featured comfortable beds and very spacious. Bathrooms were well equipped and up to date. Kitchen was very nice and well stocked with plenty of cooking utensils.. (and my husband is a chef who enjoys to cook).
The wifi worked wonderfully and the TV as well in the living room. The cable featured all German channels, but was a smart tv that had all the normal aps to watch. The TV in the upstairs bedroom did not work.. wasn't plugged in, etc.
The pool was clean - and has an automatic cleaning system that turns on each morning.
The things I was a bit surprised about .. Parking.. there are 2 very large planters that stops you from parking as you should, so we were always a bit "in the way" for people that were trying to get to the staircase which is right outside the front door. Also, there are no basic cleaning supplies. Our first trip to the grocery we ended up buying everything from paper towels , dish soap, spray.. and toilet paper. Normally during our VRBO rentals, these are included as you would encourage your guests to clean up after themselves. We left them behind in hopes it would still be there for the next guests. There is a small clothes washer, no dryer - but there is a nice drying rack in the upstairs balcony. With the breeze and sun we found it to work nicely.

Villa muy confortable con unas vistas al mar preciosas. La atención fue magnífica. Las camas son todas de 1,35 y comodísimas. Ventiladores en todas las habitaciones lo que evita cualquier problema de mosquitos. Muy recomendable.

Eine geschmackvoll eingerichtete Ferien Wohnung, groß und sauber. Alles was wir brauchten war da. Wir kommen wieder!
