Beautiful apartment set within the historic Palazzo Boncompagni Cerasi, on Via del Babuino — in the heart of Rome's most exclusive shopping district — just steps from the Spanish Steps and the Egyptian obelisk in Piazza del Popolo. The palazzo is a listed historic residence, recognised among the notable heritage buildings of Rome's historic centre.
Tasteful, high-end decor dramatically enhances this two-level penthouse, featuring a cathedral ceiling (up to 9 metres high) and over 90 square metres of living space, where modern comfort blends beautifully with pieces from an antique family collection. There are two charming bedrooms, each with a perfectly equipped en-suite bathroom. Important note: the apartment is located on the 5th floor of this elegant period building, reached via a charming historic stone staircase — there is no elevator, in keeping with the building's protected heritage status. The property is therefore not suitable for guests with mobility limitations or health conditions requiring step-free access.

Our stay in Rome was absolutely incredible. From the moment we arrived, the host made us feel so welcome and taken care of. The room was beautiful, spotless, comfortable, and honestly one of the best places we’ve stayed while traveling.The location could not have been better — just a few blocks from the Spanish Steps and within walking distance to so many amazing restaurants, shops, and historic sites. We truly felt like we were in the heart of Rome.Go to Canova ask for George. Then go to Edys! The lasagna is out of this world!!! It’s literally next to your place and it is fabulous all recommendations from Aldo.After long days exploring the city, coming back to the apartment and it felt like coming home. If you’re visiting Rome and want an unforgettable experience with an amazing host and perfect location, this is the place to stay. We would absolutely stay here again! Oh and take Aldo’s advice he was right on with his recommendations

Aldo was a great host. he was quick to respond to questions and was very gracious. We loved the property, especially the outdoor terrace. A lot of steps to get up there, but definitely worth it! The location was great with a lot of nice shops and near the Spanish steps.I would definitely stay there again.

Great location right at Piazza del Popolo! Clean and well stocked, responsive host and a fairy godmother! A/C works. Washer is small but works well. 109 steps from the street and a wonderful terrace.

Way to many stairs - 109 to be exact from the street , furniture very old in living room. Paint needed outside patio, shutters to match pictures provided.
