Beautiful spacious guest house off of the main home. Separate entrance and far enough from the main living area to feel very private and secluded.
Enjoy open living, dining, and kitchen floor plan. One of the first things to notice is the beautiful view of the valley from the main living space. Whether you are enjoying your morning coffee, an evening beverage, or anything in between you will find yourself sitting and relaxing, taking it all in.
The living room has a comfortable sofa bed for sitting or sleeping depending on your needs. There is plenty of room to spread out given the open floor plan. The main bedroom with a queen bed that sits back behind the second bedroom bunk area. Which has a full mattress on the bottom and a twin above it. (Please note, these room are joined together, you must walk through the bunk room to get to the main bedroom. There is a door to separate them, but they are still connected). This makes a wonderful space for a small group or families to stay and enjoy the surrounding area of Portland. Perfectly tucked away from the hustle and bustle of the city. Being in Happy Valley, you are just a few minutes from groceries, shopping, and freeway access, only 11.8 miles to Portland.

Great place for all of us to end our Portland wedding adventure. It is only 20 minutes from airport so it was easy for us to return to our perspective states at the different times of our flights. Town with many restaurants are 10 min away. The view was spectacular from the dining table. WE ate our meals while enjoying the view of the city below. A walk through the neighborhood gave us another spectacular view of Mt. Hood and what we think was Mt. Reiner. Apartment was clean, bathroom and kitchen had good running water and drains. Kitchen had coffee pot, toaster, everything we needed. Well stocked with towels, blankets and sheets for sleeper couch in living room. Air conditioning worked very well as it was 90 degrees while we were there. They also had a bag of ice in the freezer for us which was VERY welcomed. The way the rooms were divided did not bother us at all as each room could be closed off. We put the late sleeper in the farthest room so it worked well. A chair or two to sit outside would have put the stay over the top. Absolutely wonderful visit.

It was beautiful. The neighborhood is peaceful. The stairs need some work and bush trimming. But overall it was more than we expected

Over all ok stay. Just didn’t realize both beds were basically in the same room because even though there were separate doors u had to go through 1 area to get to the next & same with the bathroom
