In addition to 10,000 acres of boating, fishing and swimming you'd be a stones throw away from the Black Mountain Recreation area where you will find miles of trails for ORV's, hiking, biking, skiing, fishing, hunting and snowmobiling. This truly is northern Michigan vacation paradise. Plenty of room for you, family, friends and pets.
This five bedroom, four bathroom luxury home sets on 100 foot of private Sandy Beach. It’s fully stocked with everything you need for a great vacation summer,fall, winter or spring. Cross country skiing, fishing in the summer, winter, Black mountain trail riding with your off-road vehicles throughout the spring summer fall are all a short distance away. Bring your snowmobile‘s for great trail riding in the winter. Boat launch Access is close by to launch your boat or jet skis and they can easily anchored out in front during your stay by the private dock. Pontoon boat lift included for use if you bring or rent.
Wireless fiber Internet throughout the entire home, each bedroom and main rooms include smart TVs with apps to watch your favorite shows. There are several private spaces to spread out and enjoy your own time throughout this home. The front yard includes an outdoor fire pit and the deck includes a gas fire pit for your enjoyment. Enjoy the sandy beach with your own private dock and steps right down in the water.

Beautifully decorated and maintained lake front home. One of the best stocked rentals I have stayed at with everything you could possibly want and then some. The lakefront and beach area was a big hit with the kids and all the sand toys/kayaks/paddleboards to use were great too. The host was very responsive and left some baskets of goodies as well. The pictures don’t do the place justice, it’s huge and prefect for large groups. We definitely plan to stay again!

The vacation on the lake was spectacular. Weather was perfect, kids and adults enjoyed playing with water toys. House was close enough to have day trips to Petoskey and Mackinaw and falls nearby. Went to casino. Prepared meals at house in the very well stocked kitchen. Memorable week

We had a wonderful time! This was our second time staying and we booked for another time this summer. It is clean, the owner always answers quickly, and had everything we needed.

well, we were part of the 2025 ice storm and lost power and couldn't leave. Other than that, we had a wonderful time making memories. One suggestion would be some water on site for when emergencies happen as well as some flashlights and perhaps get the gas fireplace fixed.
