This beautiful 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom condo is located in a smaller, upscale, and exclusive building and has successfully passed all required inspections.
It simply doesn’t get any better than this location! Step outside, and you’re just seconds away from the sand, surf, restaurants, and entertainment along the iconic Broadwalk.

- The 6th floor is especially quiet, making it perfect for guests looking for a peaceful and relaxing stay

- Smaller, quiet, and exclusive building with a relaxing atmosphere
Parking Details.
Only ONE assigned parking space is available at $20.00 each night to be paid when you arrive. The space is suitable for sedans or small vehicles only. Due to building regulations, vehicles cannot exceed 176 inches in length. Please check your vehicle’s dimensions, especially if you are driving an SUV. Large trucks and oversized vehicles cannot be parked in the assigned space.
Important Notes
The condo is located on the 6th floor, and the building has an elevator for easy access.
However, guests may need to use the stairs in the event of an emergency, hurricane, or elevator maintenance. For this reason, the property may not be suitable for guests with significant mobility limitations.

The location is amazing. I feel wiping the walls and some fresh paint might make the condo a bit more desirable. The host insisted on meeting with us at check in, which is fine, she was super nice, but I didn’t plan to check in and wait around to meet the host. The balcony is shared but very nice view all day long. We used the pool and it was clean and nice.

The view was awesome! The room was clean and comfortable with great beach ammenities like chairs and towels. Host was friendly and easy to get in touch with. Great location, close enough for a an easy walk to the bandstand area, but far enough away to escape the crowds if you wanted. If you need internet, it was fast and reliable. The kitchen is well equipped if you feel like cooking. Overall a great experience!

The host did welcome us electronically, however the response time took longer than expected. The condo was very used and outdated. The dishes and utensils were put away dirty. We were not aware of the parking situation. Did not like parking 1 1/2 blocks from the resort. No carts available to transport your belongings to your room. The view was fantastic. The pool was filthy and sent pictures to host upon request. She said it was just leaves and that didn't qualify for a call to the association for pool cleaning. I believe others complained and it did get cleaned the following day. We had to leave a day early for a family emergency. I contacted the host and didn't get a response. I also contacted her on the day we left to tell her it was vacant. No response. We probably wouldn't return.
