About this apartment rental
This Penthouse apartment ("angelishouse" - unit A) is provided with a large private PANORAMIC ROOF TERRACE.
The panoramic Terrace allows guest to enjoy maglificent views of Rome' rooftops. This property is located quite in the Heart of Old Historical centre.
The lower level consists of the living/dining room with a sofa bed (single) and kitchen area, the 1st bedroom and the 1st bathroom.
The upper level consists of the 2nd bedroom ("master"), the 2nd bathroom and accesses to the large panoramic roof terrace with a wonderful view of Rome.
Even though Trastevere is a very live/busy area (mostly at night when both natives and tourists like to walk in the narrows "vicoli" characteristic of this area), the street where the property is located is one of the most quiet of the area.
Then, to improve confort (and save evergy) all the windows are also "double glasses" provided.
This property is situated at the 3rd floor (no elevator).
The terrace is also equipped with "Lanai/Veranda", table/chairs, lounge chairs, gas BBQ, led "ambient" lights, lots of plants, flowers and seasonal organic spices.
Very high quality furnishings complete the interior design:
* Flat TV (HD) in each bedroom
* Wifi
* A/C and independent heating (in each room)
* Laundry room (washer + professional dryer machine)
* Microwave
* Dish washer
* Authentic Wood “ancient” parquet ('300 y.o. !)

Specifically, the "Total rental amount" is also inclusive of:

ABOUT US: we are a family that rent our own apartment.
As a starter', before the arrival, I will send a list of suggestions for local restaurants, markets, wine bars, ice cream shops and more :)
I (or an other member of my family) will be ALWAYS available during your stay (my mobile is 24h on).
I (or an other member of my family) will personally met and help on your arrival day.
TOURIST CITY TAX (!): it costs Euro 6.00 euro per person, per night for any guests aged over 10 years old. This cost is not included in the cost (“Total rental amount”) of your stay. This municipally tax is calculated only for the first 10 nights of your stay. This tax will be paid (only by cash) upon check in.

Wonderful and beautiful place to stay in Rome!

Perfect location for visiting central Rome, very quiet, authentic and felt safe. With traditional shops and restaurants all within 5mins walk. Best place stayed whilst staying in Rome. The host was fantastic - not intrusive but always available. Offered advice and recommendations and assistance with our taxi booking. Met us on arrival and showed us round. Also helped us with our luggage! Place was very well equipped - couldn’t think of anything that was missing. Air con super. Rooftop terrace was amazing to have. A very rare find. Would recommend to everyone. Would happily stay again. Thank you Alessio.

We actually had rented another property that cancelled on us at the last minute so Alessio and this incredible place saved us!! Alessio is a wonderful host - you can tell he does this as a profession and takes his work very seriously. He was a great communicator and made us feel very safe after our other property really made us question our decision with booking with VRBO. The apartment is wonderful. The bedrooms are quiet and comfortable, the bathrooms were clean and the water pressure was great. The kitchen and living area were bright and fully stocked. The rooftop terrace, though, was our favourite. We spent a lot of time up there relaxing in the sun and one evening we had a little private concert as the neighbor across the street is a concert pianist. This place is spectacular 10/10.

I would strongly recommend staying at this property for the following reasons:Location- This location is excellent. Everything is walking distance, about 20-30 min walk to almost every major tourist spot in the city, with some even closer. While there is a little bit of street noise at night, you can always close your windows and that solves it.Food Scene – local food scene is very good, excellent authentic restaurants everywhere, only downside is they are very popular and because of that reservations are recommended. If you like gelato, there are a number of very good nearby optionsApartment – Well laid out, pictures were accurate, kitchen setup was good for what we needed, and both the fridge and washing machine were great amenities to have. Everything worked as advertised, so no surprises there. Only thing I would mention is there is no elevator in the building, but that wasn’t an issue for us. There was an area in the entryway where we could leave our stroller.Roof Deck- This was the selling point for our family, we were traveling with a toddler and this roof deck was safe, as well as being fairly private. It had a shaded area as well as an area in full sun and provided plenty of space for our son to run around and also be outside while we relaxed with a glass of wine at the end of a long day of walking.Host – Alessio was very accommodation, very communicative and this translated into an excellent overall experience. My family looks forward to coming back!!
