With 7 or more nights booked, you receive a 10% discount! Plus you get more time to explore. The location gives you freedom: part of your group can head to RMNP for hiking while the rest of the family is not left stranded. You can still walk down the stairs, out the condo door, and head East on the Riverwalk, and enjoy Lake Estes, the Marina, the 9-hole golf course, and the Big Thompson River. Or head West on the Riverwalk to restaurants serving delicious food and cool beverages, coffee shops where you can sip a cup of coffee and and watch the world, or boutique stores and art galleries selling unique items. Of course, you might just want to relax on one of your balconies and do nothing! Whatever you do, we know you'll make this a vacation to remember. Winter dates are a bargain and it's so beautiful in the mountains with the snow, blue skies and quiet town. We'd love to have you join us in the heart of Estes Park.
This newer condo on the second floor includes a master bedroom with a king bed, a second bedroom with a king and an adjoining area with a queen bed, a pull out couch, and 2.25 baths. A security camera is located outside of the entrance. With plenty of space (1800 square feet) it is perfect for any size group-cozy enough for couples but plenty of space for families.

This condo was the perfect spot for my family. The space itself is huge; it felt even bigger than the photos! We had plenty of towels, dishes, and kitchen supplies, and Sid and Laura even had some laundry detergent for the washer. All of the beds were comfy, and everything was clean and well taken care of. It’s clear that the owners really care about their property and want people to enjoy it and the surrounding area. Laura sent information long before our reservation to make sure we knew to reserve our entry times for Rocky Mountain National Park, and checked in with me a few times to make sure all was well and to see if we needed anything. Being right along the river was so pretty - we enjoyed sitting on the balcony for coffee or drinks and reading, etc. We loved walking around the town, and having a coffee shop below the condo was great. We were less than ten minutes from the Beaver Meadows entrance to RMNP. It was a relaxing, fun stay and the condo is a real gem.

What a great place to stay in Estes Park! Walk to local restaurants, shops and attractions or just relax and enjoy the balconies (there are two) overlooking the Riverwalk and river. We saw a herd of about 8 elk one morning crossing the river and heading up the hill. The condo is huge, clean and well equipped with everything you will need. Note: since the condo is on the 2nd floor and has balconies, there are stairs. If anyone in your party is unable to do stairs this might not be for you. You do have the option to put all your luggage, etc inside the door and bring it up at your leisure.
