About this house rental
Riverwalk Retreat is a spacious getaway in a quiet neighborhood located 1 mile from Autzen Stadium, 3 miles from University of Oregon, and (as the name suggests) is two blocks from the river front. Relax outside in the 7 person hot tub or stay inside to enjoy the 65” OLED TV. Cook group meals in good style with all new kitchen appliances. Sleep serenely on memory foam mattresses with a variety of pillows. This private getaway is half of a large home. There is a cleaner's pantry between the two units with multiple sound proofing measures. Enjoy complete privacy and relaxation at the Riverwalk Retreat. *Note that this home is not suitable for parties and guests will be confronted immediately if there is any sign of unauthorized events*

We loved the neighborhood and the proximity to the trails along the creek. We also loved the hot tub. The house was clean and the host was prompt in responding to any communication.

GORGEOUS house. My step-son wants to move in permanently. Kitchen was great, laundry room was appreciated and well-stocked. Comfy beds and couches. GREAT hot tub in a lovely back yard. Everything was clean and cute and comfortable. We had a great time!

WOW! What amazing hospitality - so much effort on their part to help our stay be the best it could be! Honestly, our stay was beyond excellent. The home was brilliant with plenty of room for all of us. The shower deserves a special mention - top notch! I was a little hesitant because there are two rentals on one property, but I can attest that you will not know if there is another guest. The super smart layout assures your privacy. Our host thoughtfully listed restaurants and activities for us to try. It felt like resort-level hospitality with so many thoughtful touches throughout the home. We felt very pampered!! We'll be back for sure!!

Well maintained house in a quiet neighborhood, very clean, helpful tips from owner on surrounding area. Hot tub was a draw. However, no access to laundry facilities at the house made it less appealing. Could have also provided more towels for use with hot tub.
