About this house rental
1600+ square feet, BASEMENT ONLY of a raised ranch house in a half acre lot - spacious living room with 2 bedrooms (King and Queen beds) and 1 full bath. Complete amenities and wet bar area for entertainment. Ideal for short stay, hotel type. Kitchenette and laundry room.
An attached stove in the grill is available in the deck.
New mattresses and progressively updating for professional look. Keyless entry (Yale Nest), full privacy.
The space
BASEMENT ONLY with 2 bedrooms - a king and a queen beds, 1 full bathroom and spacious living/entertainment room. Tiles throughout the basement-mostly heated floor. Spacious closets.
Entertainment living room has 60 inches smart TV with SONOS playbar attached. Wet bar for social drinking.
Complimentary breakfast -oatmeal, chips/crackers, drinks and other stuff.
It's a smart place with Nest Keyless entry and Nest- Smart Mesh Wi-Fi.
I consistently upgrading my place. It might appear different during your stay but for better and decent look.

Loud music or noise is discourage after 10 pm inside and outside the house.

So clean and comfortable! Many nice touches, we were very comfortable there. It’s located in a beautiful neighbourhood, and the property itself is very pretty. It wasn’t hard for us to take the train into Chicago a couple of times, the location was perfect. Thank you for a relaxing, comfortable stay!

Everything was perfect! Ran into the host as we were leaving for the museum one day and he was great as well. As we spent most of our days downtown, we were always able to find somewhere near the house for late night dinner and/or snacks. We felt safe during the whole stay and the house included everything we needed and more!

Place was decent for the price had a major ant problem i know tis the season but seriously an issue but reached out to owner he came that day to spray and set traps it honestly did do much to fix the issue because this was a basement listing but appreciated his willingness and honesty.
