Two large floors, 3400 square feet of living space, 6 Bedrooms, three full baths, large eat-in kitchen, dining room seats twelve, two decks with breathtaking views one is screened and other one is open, nice quiet and private setting but walking distance to shopping and dining , right beside super market, parking for 4 plus cars, bring your whole family or invite group of friends, what are you waiting for !!!

We had a wonderful stay in Provincetown and this house was the perfect choice for our trip! The large house comfortably accommodated five couples, with each couple having their own private bedroom space and large beds. The location is fantastic—steps away from the large grocery store and just a short walk down to Commercial Street for entertainment, which made it easy to explore and get our steps in every day. The house itself was comfortable, well-equipped, and had everything we needed for a relaxing vacation.There was one minor issue that popped up on our first night, but Fred was incredibly responsive and took care of it right away. He coordinated a fix that same night and the following morning to ensure everything was fully resolved, which made a big difference. His quick attention and helpful communication really stood out.We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this property to anyone visiting Provincetown. Thank you, Fred!

Location is perfect. It’s about a 12 minute walk to PTwon’s Main Street. The house has gorgeous panoramic ocean views and an exceptionally well stocked kitchen. The living areas are spacious and great for groups. Hosts are especially communicative and accommodating. Check-in and departure are seamless. Could not recommend more highly.

We had a wonderful stay! Fred’s communication was excellent and everything went very smoothly. The house was the perfect space for our group of 11. Comfortable, spacious, and well set up for a large gathering. The location was convenient, with restaurants and a grocery store nearby, and just a 15–20 minute walk to downtown Provincetown. Would definitely recommend!

We really enjoyed our stay! The house is spacious and comfortable, with a great deck and sunroom that were perfect for lounging and hanging out. The location was solid—easy bike ride into town and just a short walk to the supermarket. The host was super communicative and made everything easy. Would happily stay again and recommend to others!
