Appartment needs serious maintence but good location.
Location was perfect. Near bus routes and taxi rank outside. Near all city centre attractions. Easy to get to.
The apartment is in serious need of upgrade and proper maintenance. Electricity sockets falling off walls, missing shower door, broken dishwasher, dirty cutlery left in the dishwasher from pervious guests (plus a half empty bottle of wine), the oven which was oddly placed on top of the kitchen worktop is a firehazard because it overheated. The dodgy electricity extension cable over the sink was particularly worrying. There was nothing to clean or dry any dishes. The coffee machine and water chamber was filthy. Some basic items were missing : dish soap, kitchen roll, new cloths and sponges. I requested some to be dropped off by the host but ended up buying myself. Furniture in the balcony was broken and unstable. This was not good value for money considering I’ve been charged a £100 cleaning fee. There was paint flaking off walls in every room. The place needs a complete redo and investment to justify the premium prices charged.

Muy buena ubicacion ,apartamento y limpieza deficiente.
La ubicación
La limpieza deficiente,la vajilla la tuvimos que lavar antes de utilizarla y las sábanas en dos de las camas estaban salpicadas de sangre seca así como el edredón , gracias a que pudimos apañarnos con otras sábanas que había en los armarios y al día siguiente nos trajeron edredón nuevo ,fue bastante desagradable. Las paredes del apartamento manchadas , enchufes que se caían y lámparas rotas ,sillas rotas y la mesa de la cocina muy estropeada por el uso, el sofá-cama donde tenían que dormir 2 personas roto al extenderlo quedaba a desnivel, tuvieron que dormir con el colchón en la alfombra y otras muchas cosas a falta de mantenimiento. Un olor en los baños muy desagradable. Nos tuvieron más de una hora esperando en el portal cuando llegamos por la tarde. Relación calidad- precio ,pésima.
Cuando nos quejamos nos dijeron que nos devolverían lo de la limpieza y más tarde 300€ , he recibido 276€ y habíamos pagado 4500€, nos sentimos estafados . Lo único a su favor es que se interesaron ,nos pidieron que les dijéramos todos los desperfectos, les enviamos varias fotos , espero que haya servido para que reparen todo y no defraude a los nuevos viajeros y puedan tener una estancia más agradable que la nuestra .
