היתה לנו שהות מצוינת, מלון יפני מסורתי. היחס של הצוות היה אדיב ומאוד מסביר פנים. חדר נקי ומרווח. יש אונסן ציבורי מפנק, כשהגענו הוא היה ריק כך שיכולנו להשתמש בו בנוחות.
ידענו מראש ולנו לא הפריע אבל אין בחדר מקלחת רק אונסן ציבורי.

スタッフのみなさんは中国の方だと思いますが、みなさんとても丁寧で親切でした。
食事もおいしかったし、量も私達(50代夫婦、20代女性)には適量でした。
施設もかつて保養所だったようですが、しっかりとした造りで、景色もよく、音漏れもなく静かでした。
値段も熱海のなかではお手頃で、素晴らしいコストパフォーマンスでした。熱海に来たら、またぜひ利用したいです。
良くなかった点は特にありませんが、部屋にお風呂はありませんでした。お部屋のお風呂を利用したい人は、大浴場しかないので、その点は困るかもしれません。

This place was such a sanctuary for my wife and I after 2 weeks running around Japan. Rooms are spacious and combine western and traditional Japanese elements. The meals provided were all outstanding. Staff was super accommodating. Shuttle throughout the day was also a nice amenity. Even outside of shuttle hours there is a bus stop 5 min walk away that takes you in to town. One of the best values I’ve seen in a long time.
Only remark is maybe clarifying the possibility of shuttle spots filling up. Happened only once to us and it was partially our fault. However letting guests know the limitations might aid in their planning.
