The host prepares breakfast for his guests himself (it is also possible to order dinner). It is really delicious and it is hard to ask for anything better, and the host asks the night before if there are any special requests. The guesthouse is located on the outskirts of a small town, at the foot of the mountains (you can see Mount Ararat from the balcony). There is a beautifully manicured garden with vines, cherries, etc. fruit trees, but guests can spend time in the gazebo, grill meat, etc. and enjoy the peace. The host himself is a true embodiment of Armenian hospitality and does everything to make all his guests feel at home, and even takes care of taking them to public transport. Thank you very much, Samvel, for your hospitality! We really appreciate the time spent here, which unfortunately was not long.
Everything was great. This does not apply to the guesthouse or its owner, but the road to the house is in quite poor condition, which will hopefully be improved over time.

Очень вкусные завтраки и ужин! Очень тихо! Уютно как дома! Большой дом

This is the best equipped house we visited on our trip to Armenia
The owner is very polite and helpful in all sorts of way: he gets you cold water for the journey, provides you with cold Coke if yours is warm (because it lied the whole day in the car), gives you fruits from the garden
Very rich breakfast
