Staff were friendly. Close to the wedding venue. Reception got us a ride from the hotel to the venue which was only down the road but saved us the walk in the heat. They helped us get our sarees washed and ironed within 24hrs which was great.
I was disappointed that i had booked a twin room with 2 seperate beds but upon check in they did not tell me that the room was not available and that we were being put in a room with a queen/king bed and they had to bring in an extra portable single bed to the room so we had 2 beds but it took up a lot of space. They did apologise but it would have been nice to know beforehand cos i would have gone somewhere else after 1 night so we were more comfortable. However did not find out about the room situation until we got to the room and i had already paid for 3 nights. There was difficulty with language which is why there was a lot of miscommunication. The main reason we booked this place was to be near the venue for a friends wedding.
We also used Uber Eats while there for each day and all the drivers got lost except 1 as there were poor signage for where the hotel and the entrance was located.

We heard this hotel was newly built, and we truly enjoyed our stay from start to finish. The big, comfy beds were a dream, and the staff’s generosity and warm smiles every time we walked in made us feel instantly welcome.
The location is perfect — there’s a beautiful lake right next to the property, and it’s just a couple of minutes away from the park. The breakfast spread is absolutely to die for, with something delicious for everyone.
Overall, we felt our money was very well spent at Waters Edge Hotel. Highly recommended for anyone looking for comfort, great service, and a wonderful setting.

Space in room was good.
Booked double room with breakfast. However, couldn't attend the breakfast buffet due to a late overnight function instead ordered to the room. But the delivery took a long time and we had to continue with several follow calls to the reception. And the food delivered was basic food.
Also experienced the issues with the door lock. Stuck several times since it did not function properly. Also the buggy was not operative.
