The staff were so friendly and helpful, there's a really lovely atmosphere and team spirit and they obviously enjoy working there. We were early but were able to go in the bar and have a sharing platter and drinks while we waited. We really felt welcomed and looked after. We even ate at the restaurant they recommended (Tulli), and were blown away by the food. It seemed like the hotel had been recently refurbished, and that a lot of thought and care had gone into this. Everything about the place was perfect, the room and all the facilities...blackout curtains, soundproofing, a de-misting bathroom mirror, a shower with decipherable controls, spare pillow and bedding, plus the most comfortable bed ever! Cold water dispenser in the corridor, great breakfast, beautifully planted terrace.
Nothing at all.
