Amazing price / performance for such a great location and view

It was perfectly what we needed to stay with our infant baby daughter. She had a separate room, the property manager kindly arranged for us a baby crib and a feeding chair, it worked perfect. Extra benefits were the possibility to sunbath on the roof while our baby was asleep and enjoy the terrace with the amazing view!

The door to the room where we had our baby was with transparent glass which required us putting some towels on it so it would be dark in the baby bedroom while we were still up and it was light in the main room. The master bedroom bed was fairly narrow, but that wasn’t a biggie for us - made us cuddle more :)

Leider nie wieder!!

Die Lage ist außergewöhnlich schön

Leider sind die Betten sehr klein und die Matratzen zu hart. Hatten nach der ersten Nacht schon Rückenschmerzen. In einem Schlafzimmer fehlte ein Fenster. Lüften viel dementsprechend schwer. Auch eine Klimaanlage ist nicht vorhanden. Sie liegt demontiert auf der Dachterrasse. Das Badezimmer, ist ebenfalls zu klein. Die Dusche hatte eine angenehme Größe. Es ist kein Fenster/Luftabzug vorhanden. Auf der Dachterrasse fehlte ein Sonnenschirm/Sonnensegel. Ein Lichtschacht auf der Dachterrasse, ist notdürftig mit einem Plexiglas verschlossen und mehr als katastrophal versiegelt. Es gibt keine Alarmanlage und keinen Safe!! Es ist nicht ein Schrank zum aufhängen von Kleidern, T-Shirts vorhanden. Somit gibt es auch keine Kleiderbügel. Wir lebten aus dem Koffer. Die Auflagen von den Terrassenmöbeln wurden von herumstreunenden Katzen benutzt und bespuckt. Damit war die Nutzung der Auflagen nicht möglich.
