Es ist ein schönes, klimatisiertes Appartement in einer gepflegten, gesicherten Überbauung mit einem Tiefgaragenplatz und Zugang zu einem gemeinsamen Pool. Die Lage ist nicht weit von der Küste, wo man gut baden oder schnorcheln kann. Einige Restaurants liegen in 5 bis 10 Gehminuten. Einen guten Kaffee oder einen Smoothie bekommt man im Matisse. Einen Spar kann man gut zu Fuss erreichen. Das Tenerife Top Training T3 liegt unmittelbar gegenüber, auch dort gibt es guten Kaffee. Mit dem Auto erreicht man in 10 min ganz viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten rund um Adeje.
Die Leute von der Vermietung waren sehr angenehm und unkompliziert.
Viele Lampen waren defekt, in der Küche und unter den Betten war nicht alles sauber geputzt. Der Backofen sah schlimm aus.
In der Küche sind viele Schranktüren schief, klemmen oder müssten mal wieder richtig befestigt werden.
Die Terrassen haben wir selten benutzt. Es war unter dem Tag zu heiss.
Leider war es die ganze Woche sehr laut: Nachbarn, die bis nachts um 10:00 Uhr in voller Lautstärke Musik hören. Den Tennisplatz gegenüber hört man sehr gut. Das Sunblast Festival fand am Samstag statt, samt Probeläufen die Tage zuvor. Man fühlte sich fast live dabei, auch im Appartement, da die Schallisolierung doch sehr dürftig ist.
Das alles trübt das Bild etwas.

This well-equipped apartment is a short walk from the centre of La Caleta and all of its lovely restaurants. It is extremely clean and has a big balcony that stays sunny until about 4pm, and a very nice pool area. We were met at the property by a helpful guy called George, who let us extend our stay on the last day by a couple of hours as the next guests weren’t moving in that day.
The main bed - it’s got a very hard mattress, plus the pillows are really thin and it has two small duvets rather than one big one. The single beds in the second bedroom are much more comfortable. We couldn’t get the TV to work.
