Wonderful!
The bathroom floor got quite wet. We were worried someone might slip, so we left the extractor fan on to dry it up.

Owners were very welcoming and helpful, but not at all intrusive. Peaceful location with wonderful countryside views. Ideal location for people who love walking - there's a choice of good footpaths into Lyme Regis. River Cottage is a short walk away and ideal for brunch. The bungalow is exceptionally clean with everything that's needed including comfortable bed mattresses and powerful shower. We'd definitely be happy to stay here again.
The map location on booking.com is misleading. The bungalow is almost opposite the entrance to Hart Grove Farm, just literally a few yards further on, on the left with the gate set back a little from the road if you've just come over the old railway bridge.

The property is a modern, well appointed, spacious bungalow located within open countryside a few miles outside Lyme Regis. We loved the modern kitchen facilities and the large open terrace.
Nothing really.
