Unhelpful host, bad stay, want a refund

Location good

Shower leaking. WiFi didn’t work. Only one towel for 2 guests. No instructions on how to use heating or wifi and property was cold. Property condition is poor, shower covered in limescale. Mattress seems very old, felt like we were sleeping on the slats. Host didn’t respond about WiFi or towels still hasn’t. Asked host to confirm full address via messenger they said “it’s on your email”. Unhelpful host.

Spacious flat perfect for a long stay

The flat was spacious, and the little terrace is lovely. The location is absolutely perfect, close to Earl's court station but also calm and quiet.

The oven in the kitchen wasn't cleaned after it was last used. Not a big deal if you're not cooking :)

I enjoyed the stay!

The host is very helpful and kind. The location is very convenient and close to shops, cafes, bus station and tube station. It is a lovely apartment with everything you need including a washing machine. If I come back to London for visit, I definitely will stay in here again!
