Het is een heel comfortabel en proper huis met alle voorzieningen, van vaatwasser tot haardroger, van handdoeken tot wasmachine

The house was nice, with good finishing and appliances and nice large external areas, protected from the sun and/or the wind. The host has been nice, being present for our needs.
There was space for parkings the cars inside the property.
The villa was located out in the outskirts of the town, in a semindustrial area, not a problem but not great location.
The villa was listed to have beds or sofabed for 9 people: there were 3 beds, 1 single (not double) sofabed and two large sofa (not sofabed) in the living room, slightly different to what is listed on the advertise. We used the sofabed and the 2 large sofa for the kids, but I belive they would not be fit for tall adults.
There were 2 bathroom and 1 small toilet within the house, with another toilet in the external areas: creating some quees when we were preparing.
Last, the villa was very windy during our stay, becoming a bit noisy especially at the first floor.

L’appartement est très propre et confortable. La décoration faite avec goût. Il y a une terrasse à l’ombre le matin et une autre en fin d’après-midi à l’étage.
Un coin barbecue extrêmement agréable à utiliser. Il y a possibilité de se garer à l’ombre dans la cour .
Aria est une personne chaleureuse, très disponible et aidante. Tout est parfait.
L’environnement extérieur un peu artisanal. Mais la beauté et l’aménagement du jardin font un cocon autour de la villa.

Amazing property, spacious and private. Perfect for a holiday with children. Very well equipped facilities. The host was very kind, very accommodating and communicative. The nearby town of Lerapetra is cute and not as touristy as other towns.
The property is a bit outside of any town and you need a car to get around. We didnt mind this because we planned on it and because it gave us privacy but its worth noting.
