Lakeland Village is one of the best locations in South Lake Tahoe, just one block west of Ski Run Blvd. The lakefront resort is a short 2-mile drive to Heavenly Mountain Resort and within walking distance to Whole Foods, CVS, coffee shops, restaurants, pubs, various rental shops — bicycle, kayak, paddleboard — and bowling alleys. Bicycle paths are accessible directly behind Lakeland Village. Short drives to world-class mountain bicycle trails, Edgewood Golf Course, and the stunning Emerald Bay.
• Lakeland Village amenities: two pools, including a year-round heated pool and a seasonal lakeside pool, plus a seasonal wading pool, two shared hot tubs, sauna, fitness center, private beach and pier, lakeside fire pits, seasonal BBQs, and boat buoys (first-come, first-served). The lakeside pool and wading pool are open during the summer months only.
Get around the city for free with "Lake Link" on-demand ride service. Free winter ski shuttle to Heavenly California Lodge, departs from behind the lodge. All the linens and towels for your use in the home and at the beach are provided.
Parking passes must be displayed in your vehicle while parked on the property and returned to the home at checkout. If a pass is taken from the property, it must be returned or shipped back within 72 hours (tracking required) or a $250 fee will apply.

Great stay and perfect location to explore and experience everything in South Lake Tahoe. The location of our rental was right on the beach and had an amazing view including sunrise! RnR rentals communicated extremely well with everything associated with our stay.
