Modern 3-bed, 4-bath home in Highland Park, IL, steps from Ravinia Festival. Recently renovated with an open-concept living area, gourmet kitchen, and stylish, comfortable bedrooms. Ideal for families, with easy access to downtown shops, cafes, and parks. Perfect for relaxing after concerts or exploring local charm. Book your stay for a memorable experience!

Lounge in a large airy comfortable living room or the basement, both equipped with smart TVs. Basement also has a foosball table.
★ KITCHEN ★
Need a break from the amazing local restaurants? The kitchen is stocked with utensils, glassware, cutlery, pots and pans; everything one would need to fully utilize the kitchen and make a home cooked meal. Full sized fridge and freezer. Drip coffee maker and toaster available as well.
★ BEDROOMS ★
Ready to rest and relax from all the Chicago adventures? Each bedroom is beautifully furnished with comfortable mattresses and plenty of storage for clothes. Hangers provided. Air mattress available by request.
★ BATHROOMS ★
There are four full bathrooms stocked with fresh towels and essential toiletries for your convenience (shampoo, conditioner, body wash and lotion). The master suite bathroom features a walk-in shower, while two other bathrooms include a soaking tub offering perfect spa-like relaxation.

Two spots available in the driveway.
★ PETS ★
While we love our furry family members, we unfortunately do not allow pets.
★ Easy Check-In Process for your rental agreement, ID verification, & security hold
It’s just like when you check in at a hotel and give your ID and security deposit to the front desk, except our front desk is online! It's super easy to complete on your phone! We use a web-based system called Happy Guest, and you’ll receive a personalized rental agreement, ID verification, and a simple security hold (which is not a security deposit) to receive your arrival instructions. It’s simple: finish these steps, and you’re all set to enjoy your stay! Note: arrival info won’t be sent without completing these steps, and refunds aren’t possible if skipped. Your personalized guidebook will give you all the info about the home, my favorite local spots, automatic early check-in notifications, and sometimes even late checkout! We booked this house to tour a university and to get to know the area. Plenty of (clean!) space for the four of us (parents and 2 adult sized children) to clean up and rest after a long day of exploration. The house is located in a quiet and pretty neighborhood with plenty of good food and the shore nearby. Lori was a wonderful and informative host! Totally recommend this property and would book again if we're in the area.
