Easy Guest Verification

To keep our space and building secure, the primary guest must be 21 or older and present throughout the stay. Within 24 hours of booking (or 1 hour for same-day bookings), we’ll send a link to securely upload a government-issued photo ID and complete our quick verification check. Don't worry—your info is strictly used for screening and is never stored or shared!



Rental Agreement

You’ll also be asked to sign a brief rental agreement. Check-in details are sent right over as soon as this quick step is complete!
