It was a perfect location for our visit and all of the instructions were clear and concise. The apartment was clean and comfortable. Communication with the host was outstanding.

Location! The location is great, close to the bus stop and near the Mountain View station. It's pretty spacious!Note that there is no AC (not included) so it may get too hot during the summer.Btw, there are 3 homes in this compound that is used as STR by the same owner. This is the one with 2 bedrooms. The laundry is a communal one (pretty dirty so we didn't use). While the max is 3 person, the third person required an additional fee. Even with this, the host didn't provide enough supplies for a whole week, ie. toliet paper, tissues (less than half full and no extras) and paper towels. Good thing that the gray bus is free so we went to Walmart to get some.The maintainence seems to be defered. The showerhead was leaking a lot and the toilet wouldn't flush. Hard to miss. The wifi also needed to be reset. Just lots of issues. I didn't go on vacay to deal with a bunch of issues like I do at home. But just ask! It's not convenient for me to complain/deal about every issue during the stay. First time booking so I don't know how it works. I think I may have to give hotels another try.
