The Coachella Valley opens up around you the moment you arrive - fairway greens stretching toward jagged mountain ridges, the desert light shifting from gold to amber as the day winds down. This La Quinta retreat is built for groups who want to do it all: mornings by the pool, long evenings around the fire pit, and the kind of shared meals that only happen when the kitchen is actually worth cooking in.

Sleeping arrangements
The home sleeps up to 10 guests across three bedrooms and a flexible office space. The primary suite features a king bed, en-suite bath with dual sinks and dual water closets, direct pool access, and an 85` TV. Bedroom 2 offers a king bed and a 65` TV, while Bedroom 3 includes a king bed, its own en-suite bath, and multiple TVs. The office doubles as a fourth sleeping space with a pull-out queen couch and a king air mattress, plus a full dedicated workspace setup for anyone who needs to stay connected.

Kitchen & dining
At the heart of the home is a chef`s kitchen outfitted with Viking appliances, a 6-burner gas range, double ovens, and generous prep space. A Keurig coffee maker, blender, rice maker, and full suite of cookware mean every meal - from a quick breakfast to a group dinner - is well within reach. Pull up to the dining table as a group, or take it outside when the weather calls for it.

Living spaces
The main living area centers around a large sofa and an 85` TV, with enough seating for the whole group to settle in. Central air conditioning, ceiling fans, and central heating keep things comfortable no matter the season. A Sonos Bluetooth sound system carries the mood through the home, and a dedicated workspace - complete with monitor, ergonomic chair, laptop stand, and surge protector - makes working remotely genuinely easy.

Outdoor living
Step through the glass doors and the outdoor space takes over. The private pool is available year-round, open 24 hours and heatable for cooler months (pool heating to 88°F runs $50/day and is typically needed October through May - summer pool temps naturally sit between 85-95°F). The private hot tub is complimentary to heat and available year-round as well. A fire pit, outdoor dining area, and BBQ gas grill anchor the entertaining zone, while an 85` outdoor TV and a pizza oven round out what`s already a well-equipped backyard. The fully fenced private backyard and private patio give the whole group room to spread out.

Bathrooms & laundry
Four full bathrooms include bathtubs, showers, and a full complement of toiletries - shampoo, conditioner, body soap, and shower gel. Washer and dryer, iron, extra pillows and blankets, and room-darkening shades are all on hand. Towels, bed linens, and essentials are provided.

Location
Situated within PGA West on the Weiskopf Private Course, the home sits approximately 4 miles from the Empire Polo Fields - home to Coachella and Stagecoach. Old Town La Quinta, Indian Wells Tennis Garden, and some of the valley`s most celebrated golf courses are all within a short drive. Highway access puts Palm Springs and the wider Coachella Valley well within reach for day trips.

Good to know
Check in is after 4PM local time, and check out is 11AM. Early check in and late check out may be available for your reservation. There is no extra fee for early check in, or, late check out (If we can accommodate your request, we most certainly will!)

Our homes are keyless entry, we issue a “code” rather than a physical key. The code changes for every reservation so it is an incredibly safe alternative. By issuing the code prior to arrival, the check-in process is much easier.

Cleaning is performed at the end of your stay. A mid-week or mid-stay clean can be provided for an additional fee.

Hot tub heat is complimentary, the pool is 50 per day to heat to 88 degrees (only needed October-May) Summer months the pool sits from 85-95 degrees.

We do not recommend shipping directly to the home, we do not have mailbox keys, and there are many different people with access to the home: vendors, housekeeping, Guest Services staff, etc... so we cannot be responsible for packages once delivered.

Our home has noise limit requirements set by the HOA. We do recommend bringing your own Bluetooth speaker to enjoy!
