Lokalizacja apartamentu jest fantastyczna. Na piechotę można się dostać do wielu miejsc, a bardzo blisko jest stacja Sentier lini metra nr 3. W okolicy jest mnóstwo lokali gastronomicznych, piekarnie oraz sklepy. Dzielnica jest czysta. Apartament był świetnie przygotowany dla gości z elegancko zastawionym stołem. W apartamencie jest ekspres kapsułkowy i kapsułki z kawą, jest lodówka i żelazko. Mieszkanie posiada dwa duże okna z widokiem na dziedziniec. Nie widać miasta, ani wieży Eiffla, ale za to jest widok na zieleń i jest bardzo cicho, tak aby spokojnie odpocząć po całym dniu zwiedzania.
Kontakt z gospodarzem obiektu jest fantastyczny. Bardzo szybko zareagował na sytuację kryzysową i rozwiązał problem, bez dodatkowych kosztów.
Do mieszkania wchodzi się z biegu schodowego, a nie ze spocznika i drzwi z zamkiem zatrzaskowym są problemem. Warto rozważyć zamianę gałki na klamkę. Łazienka wymaga odświeżenia.

The location is excellent. Everything you could want is nearby - restaurants, grocery, boulangerie, metro station. The apartment itself opens onto an interior courtyard so is very quiet and private. Bed was comfortable and kitchen had everything we needed for a couple of days. Check in was straightforward.
The building is old and in need of maintenance. The apartment as well needs some maintenance and a thorough deep clean. For example, the toilet seat is broken and has not been repaired even though reviews from a year ago made the same comment. A new toilet seat is not a major expense. The rug in front of the couch was very dirty. I could give more examples but there is no point. If you can look past those kinds of things, the location and quiet is wonderful. But the owner should really put a bit of money into the place.

El barri és perfecte per allotjar-se i visitar les principals atraccions turístiques.
La decoració és bonica i el mobiliari còmode.
Varem agafar ona de calor i, malgrat disposar de tres ventiladors, haver disposat d'aire condicionat hauria estat molt positiu. L'accés esta un poc degradat, encara que sembla que hi estan treballant per millorar-ho.

The flat is quite spacious and really well located near tourist attractions, lots of bars, restaurants etc. Check in process was easy and secure.
Good wifi connection.
Bed was comfortable. Having a fully equipped kitchen was also a nice feature.
Whilst the flat faces a theoretically quiet courtyard, there were some renovations at the time of my stay which meant the flat was as quiet as I had hoped in the mornings. Also, I`d definitely avoid in the summer as there is no air conditioning and it was really hot inside, the flats provided unfortunately don`t help much.
Moreover, the flat is in need of renovation - there toilet seat slides when you sit, there`s some pipes exposed in the corner etc.
