Room was really nice. Very clean. AC was great. Staff were super friendly and helpful. Nice pool. There are 3 sloths living in a tree in the car park so we got to see them up close a couple of times. Hummingbirds everywhere in the hotel garden. Breakfast was filling and kept us fuelled for the day.
Breakfast options are a bit limited and got a little boring after a few days.

the location is perfect, walking distance to restaurant, groceries and easy pick up for tours. the wildlife surrounding the hotel such as the sloth and lizard

All. The staff, the location, the number of animals in the hotel area incl 3 slots (both types), birds and great knowledge of staff about the nature. Breakfasts just perfect. The best hotel we stayed in Costa Rica. Wow. Thank you.

Good location.
Unable to flush toilet paper in toilet bowl. Was gross to put them in a trash bin.
