Listing should state no working elevator for two years and on third floor.

We were very disappointed with the host. The apartment seems lovely in the pictures The booking was made months before. Our money was taken 2 weeks before we arrived. A week before we were advised that the accomodation was in the 3rd floor. And oh , btw, elevator not working. . This elevator has not been working for 2 years. Please be honest in your listing. We explained to the host that this doesn’t work for us with a member not being in full health. And with 5 suitcases from Australia This was ignored and they said they don’t advertise that there is an elevator.

No empathy from host. Elevator not working for two years and on level 3.

Perfection location, great for families!

This was perfect for our family of 4! Our 10-year-old had the private bedroom, our 8-year-old had the pullout sofa and we had the queen bed off of the living room. There was tons of space, the apartment building was quiet, the street was also quiet, and it was perfectly located. We felt very safe and comfortable the entire time. The host was responsive and wonderful!
