About this apartment rental
Located in a well-preserved 1952 apartment building in the historic center of Athens, this unique residence was fully renovated in 2025 with deep respect for its original character. We preserved the original flooring, the kitchen with its marble sink and countertop, as well as the elegant interior doors - honoring the aesthetics of a bygone era. At the same time, we created two modern bathrooms and a WC and carried out all necessary upgrades to ensure full functionality and comfort.

It’s not a deluxe property, but you’re not paying a lot for it. It is a wonderful deal and the best part of it is is the host. Christina is 24 seven on top of every detail and takes care of everything and anything you need graciously it’s very comfortable and the location is absolutely over the top. This is a huge bargain.

Everything about our stay was absolutely perfect. Christina exceeded our expectations as a host with her attention to detail, fast and effective communication, and accommodating our requests. The apartment was clean, updated, and well located to all the downtown sights while feeling very safe even late at night walking alround on the streets. We loved staying here and will absolutely do so again!
