Excellent location if you are just staying a night on your way to somewhere else - on main road near mall lift. Helpful, nice staff
Slightly old and grimy - just like the rest of Shimla so perhaps no fault of theirs as the whole of Shimla is the same

Clean and comfortable room. Location is very good as it is near the lift.
One has to climb steep stairs to reach the reception area. Not suitable for the elderly and people with difficulty in climbing stairs.

The room was a good size with a nice bathroom. The bed was big and comfortable. It was good having a café within the hostel and it was in a good location within Shimla. The staff were helpful and when we said something was wrong they did endeavour to fix it.
When we arrived in our room the bed clearly had not been changed from the previous occupants so we had to ask them to change it. The café although having an extensive menu only actually had a small number of items available.

The staff were accommodating with getting a taxi and helping me find a printing service.
The rooms are dirty, the fan is loud making it difficult to sleep and there is a lot of traffic noise.
