Beautiful space, but disappointing on safety, cleanliness and maintenance for families with young children

A lot of thought was put into the overall aesthetics of the house. Good base in dunsborough.

We’ve stayed in this area several times before, so unfortunately we were quite disappointed with this Airbnb. Our biggest concern was that the property did not feel very safe for young children. The heavy chests of drawers in each room felt unstable, particularly the one in the main bedroom, which had one leg propped up with a thick piece of paper. There were also many fragile items within children’s reach, including ceramic lamps and containers. The glass coffee table was another concern as the glass top could be moved and did not appear to be secured. Cleanliness was also below expectations. The floors were somewhat dirty, the vacuum cleaner did not work well, and one of the toilets had not been properly cleaned, so we chose not to use it. Overall, the property is aesthetically pleasant, but there are some important safety, maintenance and cleanliness issues that should be addressed, especially for families with young children.

Very spacious property with all the items needed to make it a comfortable stay. 3 large en-suite bedrooms meant everyone had their own private space. Easy walk into town
