Location was great!
We didn’t realize it was 2 stories. But, did love how quiet it was upstairs and could not hear anything happening downstairs. Also, it is advertised as a 3 bathroom, but it truly is a 2.5 bath, 2 upstairs and 1 downstairs.

Me and my family stayed at alex beautiful beach house in newport beach ca and had an amazing time!! The house was in perfect prime location close to all amenities the beach has to offer! Everything was clean inside the house and ready for us to stay. Alex was very responsive and answered all questions! He is a very excellent host and i recommend his rental property to anyone looking for a fun vacation!
