Lovely apartment, a stone's throw from the sea

Prompt communication from owner re booking and any issue with apartment. Great location beside the promenade, straight out to the beach and a variety of shops and restaurants. Spar supermarket around the corner but closed in winter. 2 large supermarkets about 12-15 minutes walk away. Medical centre also close by but also seems to be closed for winter. Bus stops right outside the apartment complex. Parking available on site, if you have a car. Security gates to complex so very safe. Lovely apartment. Spotlessly clean. Comfy beds. Two large balconies on either side of the apartment. Hot and cold aircon in living room. Fast wifi. Wifi dropped once and owner was quick to respond and sort. Access for those with reduced mobility is good (I was on a crutch); no steps at apartment block, gradual ramp from entrance to lift (looks steeper in the photos).Apartment on 1st floor. However, doorways narrow within apartment so no good for someone with a rollator or wheelchair. Generally the apartment is well equipped, including a coffee machine, but no supplies in situ, e.g cleaning products. Lots of crockery and basic cooking implements. Welcome bottle of water was provided which was nice. Towels also supplied for apartment use. You will need beach towels.

Sadly, when I was there in Nov-Dec, the sun did not hit the balconies but must be lovely in the summer. Some of the shops and restaurants nearby were closed for winter but there were still plenty of options. A few basics missing....only one toilet brush for 2 bathrooms and no tea towels which was a nuisance as there's no dishwasher...had to go buy one. But these were minor things, overall it is a lovely apartment, in a great location.

Que tiene 3 dormitorios, que está muy cerca de la playa, que tiene dos terrazas y muy buena ubicación.

Que se va la luz con frecuencia cada vez que enchufas dos cosas a la vez ( aire acondicionado, vitro, lavadora, caldera ), que uno de los ventiladores de techo hacia bastante ruido y que no tiene plaza de garaje y en Calpe es difícil encontrar aparcamiento.

Que tiene 3 dormitorios, que está muy cerca de la playa, que tiene dos terrazas y muy buena ubicación.
