disappointing stay.

Location.

1. Towels: Only one towel was provided for two guests for our entire two-night stay, and it had a moldy smell. When we requested more, the owner agreed and claimed they were delivered to the cabinet by the refrigerator, but nothing was there. 2. Slippers & Hygiene: Guests are required to remove shoes inside and wear provided slippers, but the house slippers were not clean, to say the least. The only "disposable" slipper provided was actually already used. Slippers are personal items, and disposable ones are inexpensive; given the high price of the stay, new disposable slippers should strictly be provided. 3. Non-Functional AC: We booked and paid for this room specifically because air conditioning was advertised. However, the AC was not working—there was no remote, no switch, and it was unclear if it was even wired. The owner’s response was that their contractor was out of town to turn it on. The room gets uncomfortably hot during the day and won't cool down until late evening. 4. Limited Space: The room was extremely small, with barely enough space to set down our luggage.

This property was made unavailable to me at the last minute, and I was never contacted about confirming an alternative property. So, I was left stranded in a foreign city with no accommodations. This is highly unprofessional.

It was clean and overall "functional.".good kitchen and shower.Secure setting and walking distance from coffee and groceries.

Room is small est 8 × 10 feet .too small for furniture with only one hard sitting stool and 1 drawer half sized desk.needs small lamp since ceiling lights are very bright. two wooden chairs in kitchen are quite spartan.
