I stayed here with my 7 year old daughter. It's well located between multiple bus stops, very clean, huge bathroom, a small kitchen equipped with the necessary minimum (you won't have time to cook anyway). The host was very kind, they even stacked up the fridge with gluten free options when I mentioned my daughter is a celiac. I'm very grateful for that. Although we didn't come by car,I noticed there's plenty of free public parking around the building. All in all a great stay that I would choose again for our next trip to Valencia, because there will be a next trip for sure.
Maybe some salt, pepper and cooking oil would have come in handy, just in case. But it's nothing you can't find in a nearby Carrefour Express.
