The house was spacious and included everything that was advertised. The beds and furniture were comfortable, showers/bath clean and lots of hot water, even with 7 people. The house was well equipped, charming and in a quiet, safe, family neighbourhood although about a half hour ride from downtown Dublin. We used the city bus system often, the stop which is a short walk from the house - an hour ride each way, but a decent way to see some of the area. Groceries/pharmacy available a short walk away if you, like us don't rent a car. Room for parking for two vehicles if you do.
The lock box is on the ground with numbers raised on silver coloured wheel so they are not easy to see. We were mostly seniors and with either physical or vision limits, the box was difficult to open. The taxi driver did it for us. We didn't use it again until we left. It is a concern. There were no instructions in the house as to how to regulate the temperature/heat which was a problem throughout the week. There are timers and zones. The heat at the top of the house made for uncomfortable sleeping. The bottom floor didn't warm up for two days. Other than the lock box and temperature - the house was great and as advertised. We also had a challenge with the address. The house street name and number that Booking.com provided once we paid for our reservation is NOT the house address. Confirm the exact address with the owner once you've reserved and all should be good.

It was a lovely house.....clean and lots of room to spread out. We so enjoyed having the great kitchen area to enjoy breakfast together. Whenever I called the owner, they always answered the phone or returned texts right away. We are very grateful to have had such a nice place to stay in Dublin!!!!
The lock box on the ground could have been higher for us "OLDER FOLKS". My husband and I had very difficult time
bending to the ground and seeing the Numbers. It would be nice to have had more bath towels. There was no can opener in the kitchen.
