Camera veramente bella e pulita.

Bathtub is good. We liked staying in San Lorenzo.
The room is quite noisy. Even with closed windows, you'll hear the road at all times. When the tram passes, the entire building trembles. With open windows it's really hard to sleep.
The apartment is rather impersonal, the check in is automatic and not personal (as in the ad). The kitchen is shared with the other rooms. During our stay of 5 nights, the room was always used by a couple with a baby who left the baby sleeping in the room and hung out in the kitchen with a baby camera. It's ofc a coincidence that it went this way but it shows that if someone uses the kitchen there isn't really room for others to do so. There is no reception or person from the staff available if not via WhatsApp. The staff anders to the messages but rather slowly and we had to ask several basic things twice (like for more toilet paper).
For this price, I was honestly having higher expectations. Given that the area is a student neighborhood and there is no breakfast included, I was expecting overall better facilities for this price.

Comfortable room, great facilities, especially the shared kitchen- dining area. Very good value for Rome! Great tram and bus services from Porta Maggiore 2 minutes walk away. Some nice reasonably priced local restaurants nearby, and a good supermarket.
I wasn't expecting the 65 stairs up to the unit! Quite a haul with a heavy suitcase.
The outside of the building had scaffolding on it and workers starting around 6.30 in the morning... probably gone now! Rubbish bags stacked at the bottom of the stairs.
