Location was absolutely perfect for visiting my new college student and helping them settle in at Emerson College (right across the street!) and attending events at the Cutler Majestic Theater. Easy access by the T, no need to rent a car! Also right next to Boston Common, the Public Garden, Chinatown, Cheers, and lots of great restaurants. Quick T ride to Harvard Square and the North End.

Excellent location right in the city center. Just a two-minute walk to the metro and the central park. There are many good cafés nearby. The apartment was fairly quiet and well-equipped with everything listed in the description. The host responded quickly to messages and arrived within an hour after the electricity went out in the apartment to fix the issue.
Despite the late check-in, the apartment was not cleaned properly. The stove was dirty, the toilet was dirty and leaking, there was hair in the bathroom, and the dishes were old and sticky. Because of this, there was an unpleasant smell in the bathroom. The air conditioner also barely cooled the apartment.

The apartment is small but very well organized and comfortable for a short stay. It has a fully equipped kitchenette with everything needed, and the location is excellent, just a short walk from Boston Common and many attractions.
Misha, the manager/owner, was exceptionally responsive, courteous, and always replied to questions and requests immediately. I truly appreciated his professionalism and willingness to help.
Unfortunately, my overall experience was significantly affected by maintenance issues. When I arrived on the first night, I discovered that the bathroom sink was completely clogged. Due to unfortunate circumstances, the problem could not be repaired during my stay, so I had to use the kitchen sink for all my personal needs while the bathroom sink remained unusable throughout the entire visit.
On the last day of my stay, it was discovered that the issue was related to the toilet and further repair work was required. As a result, I had to spend the entire day outside the apartment while the manager and a contractor replaced the toilet. The work was only completed late in the evening. This caused a major inconvenience, as I lost a full day of work because I could not use the apartment for my online meetings. I also had to pack my belongings late at night. Despite the repairs, the bathroom sink was still not functioning properly when my stay ended.
While the apartment itself is well located and the communication from the host was excellent, the unresolved bathroom issues and the disruption on the final day had a considerable impact on my stay!
