Will not stay here ever again

Not clear instructions about check-in and issue with check-in(You need to get the keys 10 min away from the property from a grocery shop) and the keys of the apartment door do not work well. Very hard to open unless you push the door very hard. Also not easy way in and out of the flat if you have a big luggage as there is no landing in in front of the door but you arrive right on the staircasee. Also inside the apartment has no landing ding but you have to climb up 10-12 steps.

Check-in was awful, no instructions in the flat, no wifi, no tV (it was disconnected), no AC, no duvet (at night it got freezing cold)

Overpriced and terrible service

The location is awesome and the apartment is beautifully decorated.

The check in experience was terrible! No one picks up the phone, I called several times, and instructions were not clear. We had to walk 6 blocks with luggage to get the key and then walk back. For late arrivals, it is worse. Do not expect any customer service! Our train was cancelled and the owner not only charged us for the full stay but we had to do an early check out at 11am on departure day. The apartment is very small and second bed squeaks! I was traveling with two children and it was tight. When the fold out bed opens, it blocks the living room. Bathroom and toilet are on the opposite sides of the apartment. The hotplate was not working. For the price, go to a hotel!

Book this place for your Paris stay!!

This was an absolutely incredible property to stay at. I work in Paris 4/5 times a year and I was blown away how impressive this place was. Location was ideal, 10 min walk from Port Mallot which was really useful for when we had to get an early bus back to the airport. 10 mins walk from the arc de triumph and 20/30 min walk from the Eiffel Tower. I’ll definitely be staying here again

Nothing at all, the interior design, the appliances etc was far more than I expected

Struttura bella e pulita

Abbiamo dovuto recuperare le chiavi in un posto molto lontano dalla struttura che non era comodo per niente quando vicino alla struttura ci sono posti dove poterle lasciare. Non avevamo l’acqua calda perche la caldaia era spenta.
