L'appartement est bien par son emplacement et sa grandeur. Il très bien équipé et beaucoup de choses sont fournies comme le sucre, le lait, le café....etc Pour profiter de la plage c'est vraiment top. Il y a plein de restaurants pas loin et des spécialités venant de l'Asie et de l'Amérique du Sud. C'est très varié.
C'est vraiment dommage qu'il y ait un manque d'entretien flagrant. Plein de choses sont abîmées ou nécessitent d'être seulement refixés ou lubrifiés. Pour exemples : - La serrure de la porte d'entrée (clé très difficile à manœuvrer) - La télécommande de la TV ne marche pas correctement (pile ou réglage ?) - Le porte serviette ne tient plus bien - Le ventilateur est inefficace car trop faible en puissance - La climatisation est inexistante car ne produit pas de froid - la seule poêle présente est abîmée et les aliments ne peuvent pas y cuire correctement - la colonne de douche est dans un mauvais état

Apartamento limpio, bonito y moderno. Tenía todo lo necesario para hacer cómodas y agradables nuestras vacaciones. El lavavajillas es un plus, se agradece bastante. Localización céntrica. Buena relación calidad precio.
La cerradura de la puerta un poco difícil de manejar. Algunos vecinos fueron imprudentes, pero esto no es culpa de los propietarios del piso.

Todo en el apartamento es bueno Limpieza Ubicación cerca del mar playa Las canteras Equipamiento Ubicación cerca del mar Transporte público. Recomiendo encarecidamente este apartamento, merece la pena visitarlo.
