Я нікому не рекомендую, погане відношення, ремонт, умови погані.За ці гроші є в центрі краще

НЕ РЕКОМЕНДУЮ нікому... Дуже багато подорожую, але такого відношення ще не зустрічав ніде, ще й гроші зняли 15€ додатково.

Дуже ПОГАНО... На фото красиво - в коли приїхали жах... Зтакі гроші ми жили в центрі Skay Park . Тут посилилися не було варіантів більше. Нас штрафонул на 15€, бо поклали сміття в сміттєвий кош, а треба було викинути на вулицю( ніколи цього не робили, ніхто ніде не говорив). Пральна машинка пригає не можливо прати , підлога в поганому стані, на балконі сушилися якісь власні речі ( мабуть власника) на три дні на три людини дали ОДНУ таблетку для миття посуду , я мив посуд вручну і забули піддон помити , також оштрафували... Беруть гроші за житло + 100 депозит, а потім шукають причини за що не повернути... Писав їм, телефонував не реагують... Скинули правила перебування - посилання не відкривається. При заселенні двері вхідні не відкривалися по інструкції , телеіонувли оператору, чекали 30хв, паркувати авто шукай де сам навіть не підсказали... За ці гроші з паркомісце підземним в центрі ... Думайте перед поселенням . 100€ з мене знято після виїзду, ще не повернули, чекаю... Мене образило , що штраф за сміття . Ми прибрали все поклали в кош - бо хто зна, зараз викинеш в сусіди поліцію виховують бо ми ж не платимо за вивіз... Відчуття ,що хтось там живе в здає тимчасово - ще й штрафує людей і на цьому також заробляє, бо 15€ взяти за те щоб викинути сміття яке лежало в пакеті в сміттєвих баках то вже перебор... 30 разів кожен день по 15$ маєш на місяць 450€ , нормально так.. Я ще подивлюся чи повернули мені кошти, потім напишу. Принципово хочеться вирішити цю ситуацію.

Nikdy viac … Ešte nikdy sa nám nestalo aby sme sa štítili si ľahnúť do postelí , alebo zjesť niečo príborom ,,, hrozné !

Špina , neporiadok , fajčiarsky zápach , periny ako keby pod nimi minulú noc už niekto spal , neustály hluk od vetračky v kúpeľni , kôš plný špinavého prádla v kúpeľni

Odhliadnuc od toho, že všade v skriniach bolo oblečenie a topánky, bol v byte extrémny zápach po mačkách. Odtok v sprchovom kúte bol upchatý a už asi po 2 minútach sprchovania voda vytekala von. Čistota v byte nič moc. A budovu opúšťať len s nabitým telefónom, keďže bez neho sa nedostanete dnu.
