The hotel staff was extremely friendly and super helpful! The breakfast is excellent and super long (from 8 - 12.00), lots of cheese options, fruit and other options. The views are amazing from the room - and we received a free upgrade!!! Overall a great experience.
To be honest I don't think anything was not meeting our expectations!

Staff alla reception ottimo, gentile. Camera ampia.
