The space!!! The provision of the little things you don’t think about (that you need) when staying at an Airbnb (ie, glad wrap, tin foil, soap, shampoo) everything that we could possibly need was provided for, we had the best time

Wonderful views across mountains and towards beaches from this lovely second floor apartment.
A ‘true’ apartment with plenty of room in living areas and deck.
We wanted an apartment that had two toilets and bathrooms and this fitted our needs perfectly. ( main bathroom large, ensuite didn’t have a lot of space to put toiletry bag etc but still good.) Apartment, though older, was very well presented, with ‘absolutely everything’ we needed for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.
Large laundry with washing machine and dryer, plus drying rack.
Kitchen very well stocked with a variety of appliances, including dishwasher.
Lots of ‘products’ already in apartment ( eg. Laundry powder, washing up powders, kitchen items, shower products). Nice treat of Tim Tam biscuits on arrival, and small milk to get us started.
Lift available ( or stairs) and secure undercover parking.
Beds extremely comfortable. Lounge comfortable too. Large TV. Large dining table and outdoor table & chairs.
Air conditioning in living area; pedestal fans in bedrooms ( ceiling fans would assist in summer).
Location is not on river but up Liston St, which is still very central. Especially suited if you like walking, as there are many ways to walk to beaches, V-Wall, main street, river, RSL, surf club etc. *of course a few hills to walk, as apartment has the views and some places are located at the bottom of hills and parkland…. Enjoyable walking tracks.
Excellent communication with host, Ken. Extremely detailed instructions. Some very friendly and helpful residents in the building.
Didn’t use the pool. It is at back of building, with a small area to sit next to it. Lots of leaves in pool, perhaps needed a clean.
Woolworths in town - short walk. Plaza shops a short drive.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Nambucca and at Sea Breeze. Thank you Ken and Nambucca! Would love to come back!
Two car spaces, however would be a very tight squeeze for two mid/ larger vehicles.
