The whole check-in process is a bit confusing if using 3rd party reservation sites as details are minimal. The reception desk is not on the main floor and buried down on the 5th basement level and you have to navigate multile halls to get to a specific bank of elevators. The checkout process should have been easy with a self check out machine but it kept giving an error when trying to deposit the rooms keys. It kept saying error and to go to the check in desk. I would but I'm at the SELF CHECKOUT because there isn't a human to do the check out!!!
The rooms were spacious and for the most part clean. Our room had a broken laundry room door. Great views. I would stay at this property again.

Perfect stay for families, clean and spacious, amazing views and location. The highlight of our trip on Haeundae.

The ocean view was amazing.
Clean, spacious modern flat.
Smart controls in flat a little complicated to negotiate until i worked out how to switch language to English. Check in procedure requires local sim card to access staff particularly out of hours.
