Within 24 hours of booking (or 1 hour for same-day bookings), we kindly ask that you complete our quick verification link to submit a valid government-issued photo ID, confirm contact details, and sign our standard rental agreement. We love furry friends! Please let us know ahead of time if you're bringing a pet so we can welcome them properly. Additional cleaning fees apply per pet:

1–4 nights: $35 / day

5–29 nights: $250 flat fee

30+ nights: $400 flat fee
