Location! Location! Location! This home is on Lake Havasu Avenue, which is the main street in Lake Havasu City. It is within walking distance to the London Bridge, KFC, Panda Express, Dollar General, Carls Jr., El Pollo Loco and much more! Step back in time with this property that has been recreated to feel as if you've stepped into an episode of the Golden Girls Beachside Villa! The home is large, light with airy high ceilings. It has 3 large bedrooms and a 4th bedroom with full over full bunkbeds which is also a game room, perfect for families with kids. The master bedroom has a Queen bed and it's own a joining master bath with large walk in shower, huge soaking tub and two sinks, There are sliding glass doors to take you outside to the beautiful fully fenced in back yard which has multiple putting greens to help you practice your golf game. Bedroom 1 has a comfy King bed, large closet and new Roko TV to relax and unwind after a fun day on the lake. Bedroom 2 also has a King bed, high ceilings and a new Roko TV to keep you company as you unwind after your fun filled day. Bedroom 3 is by far the best room, at least according to your kids. It has full over full bunk beds, in addition to a wet bar, and lots of fun games, including Ms. Pac Man Arcade (contains 13 different arcade games).
Our home also features Allo High Speed Fiber WiFi, AC, and a washer/dryer. We are pet friendly with an added cleaning fee. There is a large circle driveway for plenty of parking and a side driveway with a gate to store your boat and water toys. This home is two homes away from another property we own at 212 N Lake Havasu Avenue, VRBO #102010. It is also a 4 bedroom, 3 bath house with an additional game room. Great to book both houses for multiple families.

Our family had an amazing time in this home . It was the perfect location for us traveling with children. The home was clean and it provided ample space to move around. The rooms are spacious and the details towards making them comfortable was perfect. The driveway worked great for our boat and parking. Location is prime, and there are restaurants across the street for quick meals as needed. Communication was easy and prompt. I would highly recommend for anyone and I look forward to coming back again soon. It was an absolute pleasure to have stayed in this home .
