The Neighborhood:

Casa Pequeña is situated in Crestatx, a quiet residential area in northern Mallorca. Its peaceful atmosphere makes it particularly suitable for guests looking to relax away from the island’s busier tourist resorts.



Supermarkets, cafés and local restaurants can be reached by car. Nearby Sa Pobla retains its authentic Mallorcan character and is known for its agricultural surroundings and traditional town centre.



The beaches of Puerto de Alcúdia and Puerto de Pollença are approximately 10–15 minutes away by car. The s’Albufera Natural Park and the surrounding countryside also make the area an attractive base for nature lovers, walkers and cyclists.



Getting Around:

A car is recommended for greater convenience and flexibility, particularly when visiting beaches, villages and other attractions around Mallorca.



A bus stop is within walking distance of the property, while Sa Pobla offers bus and train connections to Inca, Palma and other parts of the island. We recommend checking the official TIB website for current routes, schedules and fares.



Approximate travel times by car:



· Puerto de Alcúdia and Puerto de Pollença beaches: approximately 10–15 minutes

· Sa Pobla: a short drive from the property

· Palma: approximately 30–40 minutes, depending on traffic



Taxis are available in Sa Pobla. Advance booking is recommended, particularly during the busiest months.

To comply with current public safety regulations, all guests must complete an online registration before arrival. This process is carried out through our secure check-in platform and may require an image of each guest’s identity document and/or a selfie.
