•No loud noise or music past 9 PM
•Please be sure to unplug all unused appliances, hair curler, laptop chargers from socket when leaving the home. As well as turn off stove, oven, AC/heater.
•Adult supervision of children on the property at all times.
•No Shoes inside the property.
•No Smoking of any kind in the house. A $1000 fee will be applied if any evidence is present to treat air and clean carpets and scrub walls.
•No parties, events, birthdays, bachelor or bachelorette stays. Right to cancel reservation without refund and a minimum fine of $1000 will be imposed if evidence is detected.
•Check in time is 4 PM - 12 AM
-Late checkout fee if you stay 1 hr or longer after checkout time
•No Extra / Overnight Guests (having more guests than stated in your reservation or if the number does not match, we reserve the right to cancel your reservation)
•No Mail / Packages Delivered to the property. Please send it to a nearby pick up.
•No Moving / Rearranging of the furniture
•No Unplugging of the electronics like TVs, cable boxes, lamps, Roku sticks, etc.
•No Pre-Checking Bag Storage (Only possible when available, upon request, and for a fee)
•No Pets
We reserve the right to cancel your reservation and keep your security deposit if these rules are broken. Booking of this property is an acceptance of house rules.

We were in Vegas for a week and were completely happy with this rental. It is a convenient location to major roads that will take you everywhere you want to go. It is exactly as listed and could not have been a better week. We appreciate the hospitality and would definitely stay here again!

House was very clean, nicely decorated and located in a quiet neighborhood in N. Las Vegas. Carter was very attentive and I would recommend this place and I would stay here again.
